The Healthcare Provider BLS course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professions the ability to recognize several life threatening emergencies and provide advance CPR, AED, and relieve CHOKING in a safe timely and most effective manner.  This course is specifically designed for 2 rescuers.

First Aid

First Aid is a classroom and/or video based instructor-led course that teaches participants the critical skills to respond and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until EMS arrives.

Initial CPR/AED

Initial CPR/AED course is for participants who have NEVER taken a certified CPR/AED course or has let their certification expire for an extended period of time.  This class is designed to focal on all components of CPR/AED and CHOKING for Adult, Infant, Children at a slower classroom/individual pace.

Re-Certification CPR/AED

Recertification-CPR/AED course is for participants willing to demonstrate hands-on techniques CPR on Adult, Children, & Infants as well as how to use an automatic external Defibrillator (AED).  This is designed to be a fast pace class.  

NOTE:  Instructor highly recommend initial CPR/AED for beginners

Blended Learning

LTC offers Online Blended Learning.  Online Blended Learning training is a combination of online and in-person session.  All participants can learn techniques on a self-paced computer training.  Once you have completed the online training you will be tested.  Print your independent test results and schedule a in-person session to review your skills.  All participants must first register with LTC and receive a individual code to proceed with the online session.

Certification

All trainings are certified for 2 years unless indicated otherwise, please allow 2 weeks are less to receive you card via mail. All certification cards are sealed and protected in a waterproof laminated pouch.

In-Service Fee

Organization and Groups will be charged an additional in-service fee for training

Credit Card Service Fee

LTC accepts all major credit cards. When purchasing training using your credit card you would be charged an additional processing fee for your card transactions

Travel and Expense Fee

LTC's headquarters is located in Pittsburgh, PA  We can travel and train within a 3 hour radius; however there will be an additional fee(s) when traveling outside of the Allegheny County Area.

Certification Duplications Fee

You would be charged a  small fee for all requested duplication of you card
